This project is an observation of the escalator using situation inside the
Hong Kong Polytechnic University Innovative Tower.

Would peoples awareness of safety inside the campus higher than those peoples outside? In recent years, there are escalator accidents happened.
For the most memorable one would be the Monk Kok Langham Place escalator accident, which is one of the longest indoor escalators in Hong Kong. There are at least 18 injured in this accident. This not only shows that incidents are unpredictable, but also reflects the importance of safety awareness.
